Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Brelos, Inc. ("Brelos," "we," "us") is a Delaware corporation. This policy covers the public website at brelos.ai, including www.brelos.ai (the "Site"), the Site's introductory meeting request and scheduling features, and messages you send to the contact address below.

This policy does not govern Brelos hosted software, customer workspaces, APIs, custom systems, or other platform services (the "Brelos platform"). The applicable customer or platform agreement and any privacy terms presented for those services govern platform use and customer data.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. The Site asks you for a work email when you request an introduction. When you continue to scheduling, Brelos uses the Calendly integration to disclose that address from your browser to Calendly so the scheduler can be prefilled, including if you do not complete a booking. If you complete a booking, Brelos may receive the address and other booking details that Calendly makes available to us. If you contact us directly, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and the contents of your message.

Scheduling information. We use Calendly to arrange introductory meetings. Calendly may collect your name, email address, company or role, time zone, selected meeting time, answers to scheduling questions, and other information you submit. We may receive booking, rescheduling, and cancellation details and the information you provide for the meeting.

Meeting and relationship notes. We may create and retain ordinary business-contact and meeting notes based on information you choose to share during or after an introductory meeting. We do not record or transcribe an introductory meeting unless we provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law.

Hosting and security information. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may process information such as your IP address, request and diagnostic data, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and timestamps to deliver, protect, and operate the Site.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand Site traffic. Vercel describes this service as collecting anonymous, cookie-free data such as page paths, referring sites, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, and timestamps. Vercel states that Web Analytics records are not associated with an individual visitor or IP address.

Calendly technical information. When Calendly's software assets or scheduling experience load, or when you interact with the scheduler, Calendly may process IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referring pages, usage information, and cookie or similar-technology data as described in its privacy notice.

Legacy waitlist information. If you previously joined the Brelos waitlist, we may continue to hold the email address and related submission records that you provided through that earlier form.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information or confidential business information through the Site, Calendly, or unsolicited email. Please do not submit government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, confidential commercial real estate materials, or other sensitive information through these channels.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information above to:

• Prefill and provide the scheduling experience
• Arrange, prepare for, reschedule, or cancel an introductory meeting
• Respond to inquiries and follow up after a meeting
• Manage prospective and existing business relationships
• Send business or product communications where requested or otherwise permitted by law
• Understand how the Site is used and improve it
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Site
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Calendly may send booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation or rescheduling notices on our behalf. Brelos may separately send meeting follow-up or other legally permitted business communications through Google Workspace. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to administer a meeting you requested.

We do not use Site or scheduling information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We disclose information to providers that perform hosting, analytics, scheduling, storage, communications, and related services. They may process information on our behalf under contract. Some providers may also process technical, account, cookie, or service-generated information under their own privacy notices. Our direct providers for the practices described in this policy include:

Calendly processes the scheduling information that you submit to arrange a meeting with us. Calendly may separately process certain account, service-generated, cookie, and similar information for its own purposes under its privacy notice and terms. For certain technical and cookie information collected through an embedded scheduler, Brelos and Calendly may each act as an independent controller as described in Calendly's Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where reasonably necessary for their work; when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process; or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or property. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections where required.

5. Advertising and data brokers

Brelos does not use the Site or scheduling information it controls to build advertising profiles, and we do not knowingly disclose that information to data brokers. Calendly separately processes certain technical and cookie information under its Privacy Notice and cookie controls.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Brelos does not set first-party advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies and without building a profile of you across websites. The Calendly scheduler has the separate cookie practices described below.

Calendly may use session or persistent cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when its scheduling experience loads or you interact with it, whether through a popup, an embedded scheduler, or a Calendly booking page. When required by law, the embedded Calendly scheduling experience presents cookie choices. We do not hide or bypass those controls. You can also use your browser settings to manage cookies and local storage, although blocking some technologies may affect the scheduling experience. 7. How long we keep it

We keep contact and scheduling information for as long as reasonably necessary to arrange and follow up on meetings, manage business relationships, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete it sooner when it is no longer needed or when we honor a valid deletion request.

If you previously joined the waitlist, we retain those records only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the prior request, communicate with you as permitted, maintain appropriate records, and comply with legal obligations. These retention criteria continue to apply whether the information is stored in Supabase or migrated to another provider. Migration does not restart or extend its retention.

Hosting logs, analytics records, scheduling records, and provider backups may have different retention periods under our settings, contracts, and the providers' applicable terms. Providers may also retain information where required by law.

8. Security

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information described in this policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct it if it is inaccurate
• Delete it
• Stop marketing messages by following the instructions in the message or contacting us

To make a request, email jeremy@brelos.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may deny a request or retain certain information where permitted or required by law, and we will explain our decision where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including data portability, restriction or objection rights, the right to appeal a request decision, or the right to opt out of certain processing. These rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Contact us to exercise any right available to you.

If we deny a request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, reply to our decision and identify the message as a privacy appeal. We will review and respond as required by applicable law. If an appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general or other privacy regulator where the law provides that option.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not offered to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps as required by law.

11. Where your information is processed

Brelos is based in the United States. We and our providers, including Calendly, Google Workspace, Vercel, Supabase while legacy waitlist information remains there, and their authorized subprocessors, may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Providers may use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers where required.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will update the Last updated date above and provide additional notice when appropriate to the nature of the change or when required by law. Changes apply prospectively from the date stated in the updated policy unless otherwise permitted by law.
